Highly recommend Kristie Knickerbocker after she “fixed” my voice in 1 single session! She is very knowledgeable and very personable! I had Muscle Tension Dysphonia, and was without a voice for almost 100 days! The ENT wanted medicine to fix the problem- that was never the answer. All I needed was a visit to Kristie! She was very helpful explaining things too! Amazing! A new respect for all SLPs, especially her!❤️

Kristie is excellent! After several years of struggling with an incorrect diagnosis of asthma, my 17 yr old son was finally diagnosed with VCD (Vocal Cord Dysfunction.) We were referred to Kristie and after only 3 sessions, my son has learned to incorporate the techniques she taught him and is now able to play an entire game on his varsity basketball team where as before, he only lasted a few minutes before gasping for air and having to come off the court. Kristie is knowledgeable and thorough! So thankful for her expertise and desire to help her patients. (Thank you Kristie! This week he scored 32 of his team’s 47 pts. Huge improvement!)

This rating isn't high enough to reflect how much Kristie Knickerbocker has helped me to get my voice back. I went to two different ENT doctors who did nothing for me. They wanted to treat me for acid reflux. I was referred to A TEMPO Voice Center and met with Kristie. She diagnosed me with muscle tension dysphonia and after a couple of treatments along with breathing and voice exercises I could do at home, my voice is back to normal for the first day since it began to cause problems 5 months ago. Yes, today I did not have one episode where my voice tried to tighten up. Hooray! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Kristie for your help. You were confident in me from the beginning and that meant a lot.
